Coached Bike Training

Wednesday April 10th and 17th, 6pm SHARP

Where: Fiesta Island park across from the kids aquatic center or where you turn left for the short loop
When: Please arrive and be warmed up by 5:45, we begin at 6pm
What: Coached Bike training around Fiesta Island
What to bring: your bike, bike shoes, helmet, water or sports drink, heart rate monitor (if you have one), a watch, and if you have cadence on your bike that is ideal but not necessary
Who: Beginners to advanced

Moment Cycle Sport

All information concerning Moment Cycle Sports current rides are located on their website under the San Diego Rides tab.
I highly recommend the Tuesday & Thursday Morning Rides. The view from both sides of Point Loma/Fort Rosecrans is spectacular. This is an area that many tourists come to see via car. Come out and see this San Diego gem at the more appreciable speed of your bike.
In addition, Moment Cycle Sports also sponsors a Sunday morning ride. Do you have time after the ITU race to join either their long or short course ride? Ride details are posted on their website with course map and other details. At the time of this posting the rides for April have not been determined.
Moment Cycle Sports is also offering a special ITU discount to all athletes. Just say “ITU Club Champ” at check out and they will give you a 10% discount on your purchase. This is for in store purchases only, bike sales do not qualify.

All information concerning Pulse Endurance Sports current workouts are located on their website under the Weekly Workouts tab. Workouts are free,  run by members of the community, friends of the store and Pulse Endurance Sports employees.

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:
PULSE MONDAY NIGHT SWIM - 6 PM AT GLORIETTA BAY: This swim is for all levels. There will several instructors to help and plenty of other to swim with and help. Distances vary depending on ability.  Everyone is welcome! 
PULSE WEDNESDAY NIGHT TRAIL RUN - 6 PM AT PULSE ENDURANCE SPORTS: This is a fun run for all levels.  The run will have group leaders and no one gets left behind.  The run is predominantly on trails.  Distances and speeds vary depending on ability. Everyone is welcome!
PULSE SATURDAY MORNING MTB RIDE - 8AM AT PULSE ENDURANCE SPORTS: This is a new ride for PULSE. Join members of the Phoenix Patriot Foundation and Chad from Pulse on this group, no one gets left behind, MTB ride. Eastlake has an abundance of trails for us to explore! Meet at PULSE.
PULSE SUNDAY "Feel the PULSE" Road Ride - 8 AM AT PULSE ENDURANCE SPORT: Our road ride revamped! This group, no one gets left behind Road ride is for all cyclists. Ride with Rudy and Chris from the shop. Join us!
